Love that pattern on the SW corner!

Do you think the fins are going all the way up, or are they just doing that small area as a bit of a transition / articulation?

Not sure. If you zoom in, it appears as though the highest fins are a little smaller than the rest. So that makes me think it might transition. I guess time will tell. But when you look at the tower from side-on, the fins can completely obscure the glass... Still not sure what I think about them.

Sure, I think that it is a scaffolding frame for replacing glazing panels down the face of the building where the construction elevator used to be.
