Just me or is this one a bit slow moving?

3-4 weeks per level below grade (in this case 5) and then 1 floor a week once they get past the podium, following a standard schedule. You're totally right, getting to grade always seems to take forever. I think most recently the View in Grandin was similar. the hole was there forever, then they hit grade, then POOF a tower appeared.

Exactly. It is often a full year from commencement of excavation until reaching grade and then *boom* a tower begins to sprout very quickly.
