Thought this section was more appropriate for this since it may not strictly contain photos.

Coldrsx on SSP posted some photos taken from Icon II and I decided it would be fun to use one of them to (very roughly and very approximately) outline how much the view will be changing in the next few years:

Yellow = Legends (U/C) - at ~190m I may have actually understated this one a bit
Orange = Stantec (U/C)
Red = CoE Civic Tower (U/C)
Dark Blue = Encore (Pre-Construction)
Purple = Kelly-Ramsey (U/C)
Light Blue = 102 St. Centre (Proposed)

Been a while since I did anything for this thread. Decided to play around with Sketchup and make some future skyline models, based on proposals with known heights, and what's currently under construction. Pay no mind to the massing of buildings, I made no attempt to be accurate there, though I might clean it up as I go.

I left off some smaller proposals which I might add in as I go. I also excluded both North and Jasper House as I believe those to be dead proposals.

Anyway, I just wanted to have some fun with making these. Enjoy!

Fixed up the massing on a few of the downtown ones, though still not at all accurate (I might put more effort into this down the road), but also added a ton of proposals on the southside and southeast including Holyrood Gardens and Strathearn. Will add Bonnie Doon when more details come out later this month.

These are amazing! Once again thanks for your efforts... It truly shows that closing YXD was probably the best thing to do for unlocking tens of billions of potential dollars in real estate development in the core which is leading to some pretty amazing buildings and one heck of a skyline... My boyhood dreams of a Jetson/Manhattan-esque skyline are nearly complete!
