I was surprised to realize that there’re no CRUs in this building
I hope to be wrong, but in my walk all the CRUs seemed got switched to residential units.

I'm actually ok with that IF they are work-live or townhouses.

We need more 'work-live' units for entrepreneurs to run minor and major home-based businesses.

There is lots of vacant new retail space in the area so it doesn't surprise me that they didn't go heavy with the CRU's
