We need more 'work-live' units for entrepreneurs to run minor and major home-based businesses.

There is lots of vacant new retail space in the area so it doesn't surprise me that they didn't go heavy with the CRU's

I can confirm that the only CRU is on the SW corner. The units facing west appear to be work-live units.

Don’t see any belongings in suites or balconies yet. But saw a few people going inside, so I’m assuming showings are happening and this will start filling up soon!

I did a walk through, people are living there now. Quality building, worth checking out as an option if you're looking.

I would like to see movement on the old Chinatown Mall project next to the Hat at Five corners. They have made the old drycleaners next to the Hat a private off-leash dog park for tenants, which is a great idea for a temporary usage, although it could use some grass.
