I don't know if this has been answered before, but does anyone know why all Cidex condos are called "The Hat at..."? The developments in Calgary are just like this too. I guess it makes it easy for naming bldgs lol.

^ I remember that question being answered some time ago. Can't remember who, but they asked that very question to the developers at a function of some sort, maybe a news update (Dave?).
Anyways, the name refers to the final item of formal wear when "putting on the Ritz", dressing up for an occasion. The top hat.
