Have to say, the clear-glass-to-spandrel ratio is looking waaaaay better than their Calgary Hat @ East Village project.

K I liked the change in black/white between elevations, but now it's changing level to level?? Not sold on that but I'll wait to make a full judgement.

Isn't it supposed to be black at the bottom and white all the way for the rest? Anyone have pictures of this changing between elevations?

Basically the lower three tower floors on the west side are black, as is the lowest tower level on the east side, and the inset portions. The rest is white all the way up.

Did not notice the black in the renders, interesting. Odd that there are just a few floors with the black cladding, I prefer it more than the white all the way up.

It looks like the 2 penthouse levels in the renders are the black cladding too, hard to tell though..

You got it, Airboy. Dark frames inset go all the way to the 21st floor, then from 22-24 it's all dark.

Interesting note: the 4th thumbnail - just right of centre, is a 2 1\2 story house on the embankment by the staircase. That was my sisters home until 2016ish. She sold to a developer that holds the lot neighboring on the North. Lots of sweat equity renovating inside and out. The view was majestic, the interior, well, not sure how to explain it. Art. I'll see if she can send me some pic's.
