Don't kid yourself, @crisp, the materials used will have no bearing at all on the price charged -- especially for a design so standard and unimaginative as this one. They will go for the market value -- no doubt -- and if they can build a cheaper structure they will pocket the difference. It will not show up in anyones rental agreement as a subsidy, of that I am quite sure. The only way that would happen would be if they applied for a low-rent subsidy from the City and met all the requiremnets of such an agreement.
