Hopefully, it offers decent apartments and amenities behind the dull exterior. At least the rooftop amenity patio will have a stellar view of Hollrrood Garden's (haha), actually, it's such a nice area and will offer a great park view and a decent downtown view from the deck I would imagine.

Looks like a 1bed goes for about $1,450, with top-end rents at $2,200 (2bed + den, I assume). Finishes look decent, basically on par with what you'd expect with a modern rental. Listed with move-in of November 1, 2021 so unsure if they've been delayed, or there are actually already tenants moved in. They say 34% are spoken for.

For a bunch of experts, nobody here seems to do their homework, or well, read. Its an Avtive Adult Residence. The higher price includes an activity program, nevermind the underground & gym + common areas. I'm not in the industry, i just took the 5 minutes to read the website info.
