The scale of the building didn't appear stadium-like to me. In fact, it isn't particularly large (the outdoor space remaining is large enough for 3 hockey rinks based on the render)

Downtown itself was pretty vibrant Saturday night. After the Baseball game we escaped north through downtown and loved hove energized the whole downtown felt. 3 different events on at the same time, plus the baseball.

The 3 downtown events on Saturday night were Cariwest in Churchill Square, Animethon at the Convention Centre and the Punk in Drublic concert at the Fan Park in ICE District, right?

Happen to hear the price tag? Looks like the kind of project that the province would chip in on and could work well with Winspear to get the Boyle area going.
