They already goofed up the old CPR station when they let the endless ugly Fuzion condos get built, destroying the 81 Ave view corridor.

Why? The station is very visible from the public sidewalks and roadways.

The northern facade is pretty plain and uninviting compared to the old renders, is it complete at this point or will there be a bit more done to it?

this is the most recent image that’s still on beljan’s site although - as with the main building - i think there has been more than one iteration.

the foundation piles and piers (and presumably utility connections etc.) were put in last year before the asphalt was put down. the overall project as well as the missing sea cans seems to be quite a bit later than first planned/announced but as far as i know is indeed still “more” than just what’s there now.

If you're talking about the doors on the second floor of the north side I'm pretty sure those would be access doors to a shipping container which indicates more additions still(Shipping containers)

So I noticed driving past today that there are 3 businesses in that new building now. Nice to see it filling relatively quickly.
