This one has slowed down quite a bit relative to Stantec. They were working on the 9th floor on Dec 23.

Then again, it doesn't have as far upward to go.

@westcoastjos Probably has a lot to do with the floorplates changing continually over the first 6-7 floors. Should go a bit faster now, the next change isn't until around floor 26 or so.
