How far of a walk will it be? 5? 10min? I’m ok with it terminating at Lewis……

4 times longer if you have kids. Impossible if there is snow with a stroller. Will keep the vast majority of people accessing the Rec Centre by car. It's a good half hour walk. It's like 2.5 km.
Not to mention the major density around the rec centre being built…like 5+ large apartments.I get the challenges of coordinating major infrastructure projects, funding/approval timelines and sequencing, but to not pair these truly shows incompetence and inexperience.
Any larger, more mature city would connect the two and take advantage of the opportunity.
Is there a ROW for a future extension to the Rec Centre?Again. I find it absolutely backwards that you create a major destination and do not connect it to mass transit.
One step forward, two back.
Weber greens to 92 ave is possible. They have space for twinning the road that could easily become tracks instead. Likely would need to elevate at parts though. Is there a ROW for a future extension to the Rec Centre?
