Hopefully close enough so they don't have to change that yet sign again, which started out as Coming in 2023 to Coming in 2024 but now seems to be Coming in 2025.

For goodness sake it has been supposed to happen for over two years and it still is a coffee shack in what is supposed to be one our premiere buildings.

Fear not. Ace posted on Instagram today that they will have an "exciting announcement" about their Manulife location next week.

Honestly curious what sort of tenants they're aiming to attract. 101 st and 102 ave have a lot of street foot traffic, in my experience.

Bank, a destination retailer x 2-3, F&B with a lounge for sure... my guess is on 101st where the fancy women's store was and is per the rendering (*).

I'd love to see Harry back.

With the LRT running now it is improving again on 102 Ave, but the Bay and other stores closing in City Centre west has reduced street front traffic here a lot.

The bank will be taking a lot of space, but Manulife also still seems to be a good spot for more upscale retail such as clothing and accessories as many people have returned to work at the office.
