Foo Fighters coming to Commenwealth September 17th next year.
Well, guess I am definitely coming home for this. Foo Fighters is the only concert on my bucket list I haven't been able to attend yet.Foo Fighters coming to Commenwealth September 17th next year.
McMahon can't do shows because of their noise bylaw, I believe.Even Regina beat out the lowly McMahon! Haha! YYC can’t even buy a concert……lol
More YEG dominance!
Sure, 'never will' only works for McMahon, but outdoor concerts in general in western Canada are largely dependent on the CFL's success. If Edmonton ever decides to get rid of Commonwealth and/or build a new football stadium, we'll be on the outside looking in for these stadium shows too.Don’t care why they can’t….bottom line is they can’t and never will .
Well if the CFL or even the local team does become so successful that there is a broad based interest in a new football stadium, I suppose it is possible but probably as unlikely as McMahon being replaced anytime soon.Sure, 'never will' only works for McMahon, but outdoor concerts in general in western Canada are largely dependent on the CFL's success. I also think your schadenfreude might turn to woe on the arena front once their new one is built and they start handing us our ass on concert bookings.
So is my wife...Still waiting for Taylor Swift to perform 1 or 2 gigs at Commonwealth.
