Well they better do something fast or it will be golf season for us too. I hope game Five Game that Connor McDavid actually shows up and shows why he deserves to win a Stanley Cup.

I think all of 97, 29, 18 are dealing with injuries, so climbing out of this hole will be a tall order. I think they can do it, but it will be tough without at least a couple of these guys going at near full speed. Never say never, but it's looking pretty bleak.

Is anyone else as frustrated with the league as I am that the Oil/Ducks are playing every other night, and somehow Habs/Lightning get TWO two-day breaks in their series? The Oilers sure could have used that extra day in between games 2-3, and 4-5.

Yeah, for sure, McDavid and Drai aren't themselves. With the earlier injury to Drai, I wasn’t expecting him to be the force he usually is.
As for McDavid I’m convinced that earlier in injury scare is more serious than they’re letting on. On both of those plays late in the game last night where he cut in at high speed blowing past the defenseman and cutting in front of the net, were play that he would’ve scored on last year.
Not only injuries, but the star players are tired. They’ve played a lot of hockey over the last two years.
