One12 is a 13-story apartment building with 217 rental units located in the Garneau neighborhood of Edmonton, Alberta. We would like to thank the Ownership group North American Development Group ("NADG") Group and Highpoint Developments Inc. for giving us the opportunity to be part of this amazing project. Thank you, GEC Architecture, and the Consultant Group for their remarkable design. I don't know why it took 30 years to figure out it was a good idea to build this right by the hospital, but yes it is very well situated for that.

In my ideal world, the nearby Tim's would move into the podium of this building so it's original site can be redeveloped as well!

The Tim/Wendy marriage ended a few years ago, so it's high time they had separated locations.
Same deal with the Tim/Wendy location near downtown (104 Ave/110 St).
