Their coffee is fine. Their chai is tolerable is you get it half-sweet. But I mostly stay away because of all the stories of employees being mistreated.
The quality of their beverages and foods has definitely dropped since they first popped up.It really says something when Remedy belongs in the context of Tim Horton's and Starbucks. I remember them being the class of the field.
