Their coffee is fine. Their chai is tolerable is you get it half-sweet. But I mostly stay away because of all the stories of employees being mistreated.

It really says something when Remedy belongs in the context of Tim Horton's and Starbucks. I remember them being the class of the field.

The quality of their beverages and foods has definitely dropped since they first popped up.
