What is interesting is that the Maclab development and this one are 2 tower projects.

Is this the parking lot for Tims/Wendy's? The address for the development says 84th ave - yet shouldn't it read 85th ave? Or is it that little parking parcel "behind the Tim's/Wendy's?

-It should look quite good.
-It fills one of the last major surface lots in that area
-It will compliment neighbouring projects/buildings and provide a selection of new CRUs to improve foot traffic.
-It will help complete that stretch from Whyte to 87ave.

agree with Ian here. what made this project so able to get going quickly was it was already zoned as part of the sale process for the university properties trust, so there were no delays with entitlements.
