Well along this stretch there is the lot where Timmies is located. That would be a nice location for one more mid rise.

Yes, it actually feels like a city core here. Some of the advantages of the U of A is how central it is and how easily it connects to the rest of the city. Unlike some other cities where their campuses are quite a trek to get to or have a suburban feel.
