Glad to see its back on the table after Covid shut it down. Nothing outstanding but always hit the spot at the Mirage after a very long day of drinking

That is this abomination:Anyone know if this Regency project is in Edmonton: OneTwentyOne West in the "Highstreet District"? Is listed as in Pre-Sales on the Regency website but the link goes to a Toronto realtor. https://regencydevelopments.ca

Well at least it's got that going for itSolid concrete buys time for evacuation. .
I'll post this story after it airs tomorrow on cbc.
It's an undercover story by CBC marketplace on realtors who blacklist homes that don't pay as high of commission fees.
In one case the realtor told an undercover buyer that wanted to look at one of these houses with lower commission fees that they tried to call and arrange an appointment but they never heard back, which was a lie. In another case the realtor said the house was priced $200k over what it should be - do you still want to look at it? The house was priced on par with other similar listings in the area.
This realtor practice is not uncommon and called steering and it's very difficult for realtors to get caught because how does someone know - they tend to run the show.
The story also talks about how Canada has some of the highest commission fees in the world.
