Over 70% sold with projected occupancy in the fall it could be 90% sold by that point. Almost all of the desirable (and more expensive) south facing units have been sold. Wondering if next phases will be condos as well or if they will do any rentals on site.
I could be missing something totally obvious but i wonder if the Hat @ Old Strathcona finishes construction before this one if it will be the tallest building the the Edmonton metro under construction at that moment. Would guess that is a pretty rare thing to be the case having tallest UC not in city of Edmonton.
