So the only movement on this one is the slowly deflating crane. One of the cranes must have a hydraulic leak. the boom has been slowly coming down. As of today it is now horizontal. Other than that nothing.

I think Niche has spent a lot of money and has not generated much for cash flow. Do they even have a single completed project?

These kind of bizarre starts/stops/periods of inaction cannot be making their investors & lenders happy. Even if they can get out of this one alive, I imagine it'll be tough to get investors on board, let alone find a lender willing to fund their future projects.

In the mean time the main entrance into downtown St Albert is an eyesore and a traffic mess since 1 lane and a turning lane are closed. they told council they would start work after Mothers day. (What year). No I figure this is a dead project.

There as been some movement on this site. Snow was cleared and I saw Fortus in removing the street lights.

I also noticed the 99st site was filled in and is for sale.

So I had a better look at work on site. An Excavator and bobcat are working. It appears they are cutting the steel shoring back. They may be just remediating this site so that the road and sidewalk can be reopened. I don't see any real advance on this one.
