Niche is a joke, they have only completed one larger project in Edmonton (Belgravia) and are actively ruining their St Albert site and the 101 Street site across from Dairy Queen in Edmonton.

Shoring team is back and moving fast. The section along the wall of the neighbour is 50% complete. So maybe , just maybe this moves forward without anymore delays.

This is a great location but I'm not a fan of the design. Something about it looks cheap, like an enhanced RMS design

They were shoring again yesterday. but I don't have any faith in this one anymore. Figure they will get another 30ft and shut it down.

Milestone moment. All the Shoring has been completed. Equipment was off site on the weekend. Now lets hope it doesn't sit another year before excavation begins.
