105-110st north of 102ave is the next biggest “hole” in our DT I think after Warehouse park happens. 3-4 big projects in this area would do a lot to add some enclosure, foot traffic, and upgraded facades&sidewalks. Pretty bleak transition from Macewan.

I agree but let's wait a few years until after the Valley Line LRT to WEM is completed
