Downtown could use a few more projects like The Edward Block for sure. We don't need 35-40 story building always being built but 10-15 more of these 10-20 story buildings would be ideal.

C'mon Westjet, this image is at least 16 years old, probably older...

It's pre-Epcor Tower, so at least pre-2009, given you can't even see a crane. My best guess is around 05-07, anyone else see any features that date this image?
