I definitely like the first renders of phase 2, potentially an excellent development. New renders of phase 1 (east) are good in my opinion , but lack clarity on materials/realistic look. Haven't seen any new renders of 82 Ave West (phase 1 B. ?), hopefully we will learn more this Saturday

^ sorry @bodsbods9090 no new info that I know of. Also I might have been mistaken about some public info session being held Sat, anyone ? I'd like to see any updated renders of building 3, if any.
I am having a hard time to like this project so far, need some clarity on just what is going on. I can see why most people think its crap.

It looks like EPCOR did have to move the power lines out of the way to allow the crane to swing across the alley.

Contrast this boondoggle with today's post re the project @81 -- what a world of difference! Hopefully future phases will have a more empathetic approach to Old Strathcona.

I'm not sure if this permit is for continuation of Site 4 (currently U/C), or for starting work on another part of the site? I think it's the former, but it's unclear.
