It would do well on Eskimo game days and concerts but aside from that who knows. I'm not too familiar with the neighbourhood so not sure what else is around there for burger options, aside from McDonalds.

Panini's Italian Cucina (which is super good btw) seems to do just fine in this area, so I think a burger shack could do well there too. There's enough density to support more businesses in this area, with more coming from this project. The football games and concerts will be an added bonus

How is that Panini's Italian Cucina place? I've seen pictures of the menu and it looks good.

The news story doesn't explain how Jack's won the competition, but I'm happy for them. Stadium is on the commute home, so it'll be convenient for me to check out the new amenities in this community.
