The best part of all of this might be the improved parkade entrances.

Not so much the service life but the car conditions are pretty bad.

Updated Plaza photos, not sure if much change since the last ones, but seems to be getting close.

The new parkade entrances alone make this worth it. The old ones looked like they were from the 1940s.

Assuming there is some nice accent lighting on those, for they look worse and quite sterile in my humble opinion.
