Taking the now-open pedway from JW is a bit of a disappointing experience for now, really you can only access the elevators and District Dental right now.

Really gotta get some more retail opening here.

Finally popped down to the parkade though. It would be very easy to get lost down here, it's unbelievably massive.

The secure bike facility is nice though, but it looks like you have to meander through a long way from the entrance ramp to get to it.

102 Street sidewalk is now open, looks like they're finishing up the SKY residences lobby.

Nice capture @Daveography , looks like 8 window washers for the price of 4 ! Ha ha. I guess scaffolding would just slow them down..

The SKY Residences lobby door looks a little awkward offset from the centre of the awning. I wonder why it's not in the middle?

Probably has to do with the layout of the lobby (the light fixtures provide a bit of a clue); but, I am with you @Nosirrah -- this could have been designed better. Maybe some counterbalancing signage is in order.

@Nosirrah I think it's pretty standard, as the buzzers will probably be on the left, and so people waiting for a response aren't blocking the door for residents coming through.

Got to take a trip inside the tower finally for a photo-shoot, definitely a fan! And the office I shot was next level awesome.

The elevator lobby in the 3rd image , we used to access the floors before the offices were ready. The main lobby was always cold looking before the furniture went in. that walk way on the second floor will lead to the food court.

Parkade, I agree you can get lost even with the signage. Hell before they had people directing traffic. I still managed to exit through the loading dock some days.

The bike parking looks like it was just going in. was not installed as of January.

Watched the window washers on the bosom chairs. they d have big balls. I was freaking when I looked down from the top and I had a wall holding me back. (Well a set in concrete construction fence at least).

Das Ponto I hope you made it up to one of the law firms. or at least PWC office. great looking spaces. plus the view is spectacular.

Flynn was on site doing a big glass install/replacement from the looks of it. Can already see a lot of the deficient and missing units now replaced.

@KyleBlanchett It's still on the city's planning website as an active zoning amendment, but they don't seem to be in a hurry.
