Gotta think this is prime for some national chains in the food court. Starbucks is in expansion mode again. Wonder if McDonalds brings the McCafe concept here. The one in YUL is a good concept, especially with the local bagels.
 
Anyone know if Henry Singer will have some sort of cafe or something in it? From the sounds of it, Parlour Barba Shop will be having an outlet associated with it so I'm curious if they're adding other things.

You would think, but if those companies can't get their acts together soon, it could be a wonderful opportunity for local companies to fill the gap, like the coffee place that recently popped up in Stantec.
 
Food offerings I'd like to in this building or in the district, Jolibee, Five Guys, Chick-fil-a, Jack in the Box.

Edit: Actually I think what we need is a hot dog vendor (can be) a food cart outside in the district. One should be also out in churchill square too.
