having said that, even when construction of the tower from the podium up does proceed, it's probably not a bad idea to have a proper water barrier until such time as the space above is properly enclosed. the space below will continue to be occupied during tower construction with some pretty high end finishes and amenities that you wouldn't want to place at unnecessary risk.

Yup. Website and digital ads have been going for around a month now. Not sure if move ins have started, but they’re within weeks if not.

That plaza will tie in well to the existing park space beside the RAM and will hopefully make it much easier to get from 103A Avenue to 105 Avenue and Chinatown and vice versa because currently there are no accesses at all between 97 and 101 Streets.

Qualico had a townhall for staff and they brought up all there projects and the 2nd tower was brought up and the plan is q2 2025 for start
