Do we know -- is the reduction in public space related to creating a CRU that connects main floor to basement?
No. It was to reconcile areas that we had originally shown on our initial Development Permit as storage. Our plan which converted the basement to useable space resulted in exceeding our overall Floor Area Ratio of 2.5. We rezoned the site back in March which increased our FAR. This permit reflects this change in their space.
