Not sure if these have been posted yet but there are some neat renderings of the interior and rear of the hotel on Colliers' leasing page for the Strat:

The alley treatment is great. Tied with the City's alley improvements and the existing alley-fronting businesses, we may have a nice secondary node to Whyte shaping up!

Rezoning and ARP update to accomodate the larger floor area and uses goes to Council on March 10:
(Items 3.20 & 3.21)

THE APPLICATION
1. BYLAW 19189 to amend the Strathcona Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) to revise the
embedded Historical Commercial (DC1) Direct Development Control Provision.
2. CHARTER BYLAW 19190 to amend the Zoning Bylaw to revise the Historical Commercial
DC1 Provision to include an additional sub area for the restoration and redevelopment of
the Strathcona Hotel building at 10302 82 Avenue NW, designated as a Municipal
Historic Resource. The revision allows for an increased floor area ratio for this building
only, in order to utilize more of the floor area, including the basement, within the
existing building envelope.
The revision also includes minor text changes throughout the
Provision to update references to the Zoning Bylaw.
