Comprehensive Sign Design Plan means a comprehensive conceptual plan for Signs that specifies the Use, size, type, illumination, Height, design, location, and number of Signs proposed on a building or Site.

A Comprehensive Sign Design Plan does not approve the development of a Sign.

Can someone update the most current intell as to what is planned for the site? Anyone know who the. design team lead is (whether no longer GEC) ? Are the top of thread renders and still current?

First phase is a six storey wood frame.

Edited to add, it’ll be two buildings, not one, if it’s any consolation
