Location is great, project appears it will be top notch quality and this should bring in some (wealthy) residents to the near downtown area. Seeing a project aiming at this type of clientele is a great vote of confidence and hope it might make others consider projects of a similar magnitude and scale.

Remember when One River Park's penthouse hit the market in, what, ~2003 for $5million... which was ungodly at the time... so, 10?
 
I was fully expecting $1000+/sqft, but that is pretty high. Mind you, that is what the latest wood-framed condo in Canmore just hit along the tracks.... so basically a bargain.
 
Anyone heard word on when we'll see some shovels kiss the dirt here?
