Interested to see what is going to happen on the 9th to 10th level at the west end of the building. This building has very refined -- dare I say delicate -- international style detailing. Great use of a limited and limiting site.

Excellent complement to the building next door (which I believe is also a Gene Dub project). The two together read as one project… very nice.

If any of you photogs are so inclined, it would be nice to see a compositional image of the 'Oaks' building with the building next door.
