I can't help but notice the "community gardens on the rooftop" from the above interview is no longer in this week's article. Two years have changed, of course... two years during which I saw many rooftop gardens in Europe and fell in love!

You only need shoring if you excavate to the property limits otherwise you can slope the sides of the excavation to prevent the sides from collapsing.

thank you for that clarification! There are no pile drillers on site which surprised me a bit, but this makes sense.

Hmmm interesting, I wonder if that is due to something Clark did, or didn't do, if indeed true.

It must be true. All Clark signs have been removed from the worksite when I walked by today at 5pm.

Signs were still there on Friday.

What would the reasons be that a GC would be changed at this point in time on the project?

I wonder what kind of a delay will result in things getting started up again?
