@bennessb Not me, I really don't need much in a bedroom besides a bed and a place to keep clothing. Much prefer having larger "active" spaces like office/study, living room, kitchen. On that note, that bathroom in those photos also looks ridiculously oversized.
I agreeeee and also I just have a furniture buffer lining all the walls in my bedroom. But I certainly don't need a spacious bathroom and appreciate the airiness of the common spaces.
They should have hired a designer to "appoint" the space. Froggy is right on in his description… devalues the asking price. Maybe an architectural photographer as well would have been a wise expense decision.
@Daveography … oh, I had no doubt about from whence the photos came. PR must have known that the Journal was going to do the story. This is easily Edmonton's best designed condominium tower and it seems to me that a little forethought should have gone into the exposé, especially touting a $3.7 million dollar residence. Lack of effort usually leads to poor outcomes. This must have caused Brad Kennedy to choke.
