The agreements are in place with the City (conditional as they are).
In your opinion do we see this project eventually get the green light or is it on hold?As I have said over and over the size of this project needs to stay intact because of the extensive footings required -- there will be no change in the scope and scale.
praying we see some digging in 2023It already has the green light from the City; it just needs to get its financing sorted out and a major hotel operator set in place before it will begin digging.

So how deep do you suppose they’ll have to put the support pilons for a 280 meter behemoth? As I have said over and over the size of this project needs to stay intact because of the extensive footings required -- there will be no change in the scope and scale.
Definitely into bedrock. So how deep do you suppose they’ll have to put the support pilons for a 280 meter behemoth?
You can't dig into bedrock, not even with a diamond pickaxe.Definitely into bedrock.
lol. Maybe not dig, but you can anchor a foundation to bedrock in a few different ways. In seriousness not sure if that's the case here. You can't dig into bedrock, not even with a diamond pickaxe.
