I'd love to see Edgar scoop up the either the empty lots on the NW corner of 123 st & Jasper that's for sale, or the empty lots on the SW corner of 123 street and 103 avenue (assuming its for sale). Jasper & 123 would be a great spot for another McLaren type development, whereas 123 st & 103 ave would be an ideal spot for a Mercury Block 2

I really really hope these move forward though. After the parks, likely the most impactful project for our downtown. The 102ave glut from 105-109st is brutal.

@thommyjo this is from the Autograph website and it shows relevant renderings from the Warehouse district Park and from the Valley Line West so, yes, they are new.

They’re not exactly new. I remember seeing these before and IanO has actually posted these back in 2021.
