Edgar owns the two apartments just east of McLaren/south of Mercury BlockI know they’re aiming for another Mercury Block style development just east of MacLaren on 102 ave, unsure on timelines once land is finished purchasing. Would be another great addition to that area and definitely a new urban hub with everything else around.
