I'll be honest--not super in love with the exterior of this one but love the way they topped it off, and any building that's not stucco & punched windows is always a plus.

Overall, love the location, love the density it adds, interior looks very modern, all props to Westrich. Well done!

Yeah, if this was in Burnaby I'd be annoyed with another tower that looks identical to the rest of them, but there's only a few of this style in Edmonton so far so it still feels refreshing here.

Like with Encore, Westrich rents out units that didn’t sell until a time when they are sold (I think).
