It looks interesting but I imagine this rendering won't do the final product justice. The rendering looks like it was done by me.

Interesting.

I really like the overall design. I do wish the balconies had more glass, even if frosted though. The concrete/stone/whatever it is gives a very brutal look for the portion above the podium. I do like how it juts out, just not the finishing material.
