@Froggy Correct, it's an entirely new facade, not a restoration. It is a requirement of buildings in this area (the "Urban Warehouse District") to have a facade that compliments the historical buildings in the area , but unfortunately that usually means we end up with goofy-looking faux-hisorical tack-ons. This one isn't too bad, but most architects still can't seem to figure out how to do "complimentary" without trying to fake "old".
