Truly gotta wonder who will be going into the 300 block. Would be interesting to see if any big names pop up to snag a spot. It truly is a beautiful building. Would love to see more timber builds in our city.

60 years ago, (or a little more), this end of town was a farmers field. (Not that I was there back then : ) ,
Looking very big city now .
From my perspective this is a **** star development for several reasons -- take over of a "brownfield" site that was abandoned by a previous developer; long range outlook for a TOD-compatible build-out; and human-scale commercial uses that will blend well with an LRT stop. If it continues to unfold as visioned, then it will ultimately deserve an extra star.
