I was shopping at Apache Seeds today on 149 st, starting the seedlings soon. So I just had to check out West Block. Looking really really good.

West Block has 6 new tenants. A large dermatology group, physical therapy, pediatricians, psychology, wealth management & a construction firm.

The commercial building with the liquor store is coming down.

That plaza is going to be amazing.

My wife is crossing her fingers that a Starbucks opens in there as well. Would be within walking distance from our house!

I honestly cannot believe how nice this building turned out, and I think it truly suits the area. do you guys think that those other two buildings in that one rendering will get built?
