@Daveography, I can't recall where I read that WestOak was going through a redesign on the project -- I think to justify a prospective retail tenant. Details at this point are a little foggy.

This project seems to have a lot of activity as of late. I walked by yesterday and they had started foundations (sorry didn't snap pics). Nearly fully dug out. Lots of equipment on site. I assume this project will be moving forward before The Mezzo.
