In particular, I thought the one about high speed bus transit lanes in Istanbul had a lot of relevance to Toronto's situation, with the constant delays on major routes in and out of the city: http://vimeo.com/8685203
Looks like a less expensive subway!! But I'm not sufficiently informed to really judge.
The whole EMBARQ website is really worth spending some time on.
