This one slipped off my radar, it looks really promising. It's great to see the lower east side sprouting up with terrific projects like this along with the Regent Park revitalization to the north.

Agree with dt_toronto_geek. I've been watching this building for a while. Hopefullly, it will be as nice as the Context-built building on the north-west corner of King & Sherbourne.

Though Im not a fan of comparisons to new york (lower east side), I definitely love projects like this that DON'T dominate the entire neighbourhood.

It's cool how the view from the roof deck magically appears to overlook Yonge from Queen to Dundas... I suppose the view up Sherbourne to Shuter would not sell as well.

The angled bit looks fantastic from Queen, I think this project will turn out nicely.
