My guess is they're trying to expand the retail space. It looks like they've demolished and rebuilt the wall between the main store area and the back office, but maybe that's just an illusion with the fridges gone. I also think the ceiling lights have been replaced?

Looks like the old Solutions space will be occupied by PetSmart.

The renovated LCBO looks great.
